WHY THE SAME EMOJI MAY LOOK DIFFERENT IN DIFFERENT DEVICES?
The emoji may look different on another platform, because device manufacturers and software makers use their own images to represent each emoji. which are provided by the operating system (Microsoft Windows, Android by Google, iOS by Apple Inc.,…).
Apple, Google (Android), Twitter, Microsoft, Samsung, Facebook and others each use the same unicode standard but the images that emoji represent are all different but similar looking images.
